At 12 years of age, I began mowing local lawns for neighbors. Getting those phone calls from neighbors wanting to hire you for your service gave me a taste of business ownership. Little did I realize that it would take over 30 more years before I found an industry to drive my passion.

After producing events in various capacities since 1998, I discovered the supplier side to our industry. This provided me an outlet to help my colleagues and friends in the event and production industry. Not many would find loading trucks and delivering gear a sexy line of work. Well, they are right. However, I had the opportunity to help people that were in need within our industry and this provided me such satisfaction.

Crossroads

The pandemic gave all of us a time to pause, reflect and re-prioritize things in our lives. While talking with a very close and dear friend about striking out on my own and the trepidation I had with it, he said something that would jump-start it all. “Don’t let the start stop you.”.

Shortly thereafter, for the first time since I was 12 years old, I left the comforts of a regular paycheck to pursue a dream.

Now I wake up each morning thankful for the opportunity to make a positive difference in our industry.
